Legal Notice — Trust Property Control Act 57 of 1988
Trustees may suspend Usage Rights for breach of the Manual but cannot extinguish a beneficiary's vested legal interest without a Trust Deed amendment and/or court order. Addition of new beneficiaries requires unanimous Trustee resolution and a qualifying legal circumstance (adoption, court order, or Founder direction). All actions are logged and must be supported by a formal written resolution.
